Ingredients:
4 tablespoons
cornstarch
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
2
tablespoons butter
1 teas. Vanilla
essence
Place cornstarch, sugar and water in a saucepan. Stir over low to medium heat until the mixture becomes opaque and thickens. Remove from heat; add broken chocolate pieces and butter. Cool and decorate.
I personally
like to use two types of icing. I fill the center of the cake with chocolate butter
icing and the outside with bittersweet icing. Using a cheese grater…shave a
little chocolate on the top for decoration.
